Author Fees

Surya Informatika Journal is committed to providing a transparent, accessible, and fair publication process. To support the operational costs of peer review, editing, and online hosting, the journal applies the following fee structure:
 
  • Article Submission Fee: IDR 0 (Free of charge)
  • Peer Review Fee: IDR 0 (Free of charge)
  • Article Publication Fee (APC): IDR 200,000 (Payable only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication).
 
Note: Surya Informatika Journal does not offer fast-track or expedited review services. All manuscripts undergo the standard, rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality and integrity.
 
Withdrawal and Retraction Policy (Penalty Fee)
 
Authors may request to withdraw their manuscript at any time before it is accepted for publication without any penalty.
 
However, if an author requests to withdraw or retract an article after it has been officially accepted and published, a penalty fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged. This fee is strictly enforced to cover the administrative, editorial, and peer-review costs already incurred by the journal, and to uphold the integrity of the scholarly record, as post-publication withdrawal is considered a severe disruption to the academic publishing process.
