Keasadaran 3M (Memakai Masker, Menjaga Jarak, Mencuci Tangan) Selama Masa Pandemi di Keluarga Pedesaan dan Perkotaan

Abstract

Penyebaran Covid19 dapat dicegah dengan memutus mata rantai penularan melalui praktik memakai masker saat keluar rumah atau berada di keramaian, mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun tangan di bawah air mengalir, dan melakukan 3M.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kesadaran dan praktik memakai masker, cuci tangan, dan physical distancing pada warga pedesaan dan perkotaan. Metode: Data dikumpulkan menggunakan survei metode campuran, dilakukan baik online maupun offline untuk menjangkau responden dari beberapa kecamatan dikabupaten Pemalang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, terdapat 596 orang yang berpartisipasi sebagai responden. Analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan umur (p = 0,042; OR = 1,117), jenis kelamin (p = 0,000; OR = 0,377), tempat tinggal (p = 0,000; OR = 2,291), dan pengetahuan (p = 0,000; OR = 1,417) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesadaran responden melakukan 3M. Kelompok umur 27-36 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, dan responden berpengetahuan baik memiliki kesadaran yang lebih tinggi untuk melakukan 3M dibandingkan kelompok lain. Warga pedesaan dengan kesadaran yang baik untuk melakukan 3M (87,78%) lebih besar dari penduduk perkotaan (76,02%). Kesadaran warga desa yang baik telah menunjukkan bahwa warga kedua wilayah tersebut sudah memiliki kesetaraan akses informasi, terutama tentang Pencegahan Covid19 serta kebijakan dan program pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran Covid19
