Abstract

Services for the elderly in integrated service centers are carried out well by cadres, government institutions and community leaders. Remembering that the elderly body has experienced many changes both physically, biologically, psychologically and socially. Therefore, it is necessary to manage integrated elderly service centers to meet rest needs and carry out health checks. The aim is that elderly people can take advantage of integrated service center facilities to carry out routine health checks. If the elderly do not have regular health checks, this can result in the emergence of non-communicable diseases.   The sample was 358 elderly people aged 60 years and over in Tanggeran Village. Information was collected using a questionnaire with interview questions. Before conducting the interview, explain the purpose and objectives of the interview if you agree to be a sample. The research method uses quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The results of research on integrated service center management services were that 175 people (48.9%) had never been to an integrated service center, most needed 6 to 8 hours of rest, and 170 people (47.5%) had to undergo occasional health checks. For the relationship between integrated service center activities and rest needs, p Palue = 0.0001 and x = 49.659. The relationship between integrated service center activities and health checks is p Palue=0.0001 and x=122.295. The suggestion is that in carrying out integrated service centers for elderly people, they can get enough rest and be willing to carry out health checks cheerfully and gently.
