Hubungan Karakteristik Bidan dengan Pelaksanaan Pencatatan Kohort Ibu di Puskesmas Kabupaten Pekalongan

AbstrakPencatatan kohort merupakan kegiatan penting sebagai tolak ukur dalam menilai status kesehatan ibu dan anak di suatu wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Kurangnya motivasi dan komitmen bidan dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan kohort menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh pada pelaksanaan pencatatan kohort. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik bidan dengan pelaksanaan pencatatan kohort ibu di Puskesmas Kabupaten Pekalongan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah diskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik cluster random sampling dan diperoleh sampel di enam puskesmas Wilayah Kabupaten Pekalongan sejumlah 62 reponden. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara bivariat dengan teknik chi square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p pada variabel masa kerja p=0,001, variabel usia p= 0,292, variable pendidikan p=0,911, variabel status kepegawaian p= 0,567, nilai Nagelkerke R Square 0,28, variabel masa kerja p = 0,002 dan nilai Exp(B) sebesar 8,96. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan masa kerja bidan dengan pelaksanaan pencatatan kohort ibu. Tidak ada hubungan usia bidan, pendidikan, dan status kepegawaian dengan pelaksanaan pencatatan kohort ibu. Nilai Exp(B) sebesar 8,96 menjelaskan bahwa bidan dengan masa kerja >13 tahun memiliki peluang 8,96 kali melakukan pencatatan lebih baik dari pada bidan dengan masa kerja < 13 tahun. Oleh karena itu, bidan hendaknya dapat meningkatkan pengalaman melalui pelatihan dan aktif dalam keikutsertaan sosilisasi pengisian kohort, sehingga bidan dapat melakukan pengisian kohort dengan baik.

Abtract
Cohort recording is an important activity as a benchmark in assessing the health status of mothers and children in a health care center working area. The lack of motivation and commitment of midwives in cohort recording and reporting is a factor that influences the implementation of cohort registration. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the characteristics of midwives with the implementation of maternal cohort recording in Pekalongan District Health Centers. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling used cluster random sampling technique and obtained samples in six health centers in Pekalongan Regency in the amount of 62 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by bivariate and multivariate. The data were analyzed by bivariate with chi square technique and multivariate with logistic regression. The results showed that the p value of working period variable p = 0.001, the age variable p = 0.292, the education variable p = 0.911, the employment status variable p = 0.567, the Nagelkerke R Square value 0.28, the working period variable p = 0.002 and the Exp value (B) of 8.96. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the midwife's working period and the implementation of recording maternal cohort. There is no relationship between the age of the midwife, education, and employment status with the implementation of recording maternal cohort. The Exp (B) value of 8.96 explained that midwives with working period > 13 years had 8.96 times the opportunity to record better than midwives with working period <13 years. Therefore, midwives should be able to improve their experience through training and be active in socialization participation in filling out the cohort, so that midwives can complete the cohort properly.
