PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITAABILITAS DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR(SUBSEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN)

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between DER, ROE, and DPR in manufacturing companies within the food and beverages sub sector from 2021 to 2023. The purpose of this study is to identify how the interaction between these three aspects affects the overall firm value. This study employs a quantitative approach by analyzing financial data and relevant metrics from 60 companies within the subsector. Statistical techniques and regression modeling are used to evaluate the interaction between DER, ROE, DPR. The findings indicate that these three factors have a significant impact on entities in the food and beverages category. This research provides available sources regarding company valuation through the presentation of concrete evidence in this specific field. The results offer valuable insights into the factors affecting shareholder value in this sector, supporting stakeholders in making strategic decisions aimed at enhancing effectiveness and competitiveness, and providing guidance for policymakers, investors and managers.
