Copyright Authors retain copyright of their articles published in Jurnal Batik-Mu. The authors grant Jurnal Batik-Mu the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, archive, and preserve the published work in all formats and media. The copyright remains with the author(s). Authors are free to share, distribute, and reuse their published work, provided that the original publication in Jurnal Batik-Mu is properly acknowledged.

Open Access License All articles published in Jurnal Batik-Mu are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication. They are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, users are free to:

  • Read, download, and print the article;

  • Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;

  • Share the article with others; and

  • Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material;

under the following conditions:

License to Publish Upon acceptance of a manuscript, the author(s) grant Jurnal Batik-Mu a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and preserve the article in electronic, print, and other media formats. This publishing license does not transfer copyright ownership to the journal.

Author’s Warranty The corresponding author, on behalf of all co-authors, warrants that:

  • The manuscript is original work and does not contain plagiarism;

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration by any other journal or publication venue;

  • The manuscript does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties;

  • All necessary permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material, figures, tables, or data included in the manuscript; and

  • All authors have reviewed, approved the final version of the manuscript, and agree to its submission and publication in Jurnal Batik-Mu.

Royalties Authors will not receive royalties or financial remuneration for the publication of their articles. Publication in Jurnal Batik-Mu is conducted under an open-access publishing model aimed at advancing publications in community service, public engagement, and societal empowerment.
