Gambaran Self Efficacy Pada Pasien Hipertensi: Literature Review

Abstract
Hypertension is a degenerativedisease. Around 1. 13 billion people in the world have hypertension. In Indonesia, for example, there is 34.1% of the total population who have hypertension in 2018. There are two treatments for hypertension, pharmacological and non-pharmacological. In carrying out this therapy, hypertensive patients need strong self-efficacy in controlling hypertension. Self- efficacy is a person's belief to perform a given task and successfully achieve the goal. This study aimed to determine the description of self-efficacy in hypertension patients. The study used a literature review method. The databases used for article search were PubMed and Science Direct. There were five articles selected based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then, those articles were synthesized using the Hawker critical analysis instrument. The total number of respondents was 1439. The results showed that the self-efficacy in patients with hypertension with high self-efficacy in 3 articles were 526 respondents with a mean value of 60.41±11.97. Meanwhile, moderate sell-eificacy in articles 1 & 2 with 516 & 397 respondents with a mean value of 60.40±1.40 and 39.78±10.59 stated in each article. The five articles showed that most of the hypertension sufferers were at a high Ievel of self-efficacy and still controlling hypertension

Abstrak
Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit degenerative. Sekitar 1,13 milyar orang di dunia mempunyai penyakit hipertensi, di Indonesia sebesar 34,11% dari jumlah penduduk pada tahun 2018. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi terdapat dua terapi, farmakologi dan non farmakologi, dalam menjalankan terapi tersebut pasien hipertensi membutuhkan self efficacy yang kuat dalam mengontrol hipertensi, dimana self efficacy merupakan kemampuan atau keyakinan seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan hasil akhir tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran self efficacy pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review. Database yang digunakan untuk pencarian artikel adalah Pubmed dan Science Direct. Artikel diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan sebanyak 5 artikel dan kemudian disintesis menggunakan Instrumen telaah kritis Hawker. Dari 5 artikel yang ditelaah terdapat hasil self efficacy pada penderita hipertensi dengan jumlah seluruh responden 1439 orang, dengan self efficacy tinggi pada 3 artikel dengan jumlah responden 526 orang dengan nilai mean 60,41±11,97. Self efficacy sedang pada artikel 1 & 2 dengan jumlah responden 516 & 397 orang dengan nilai mean 60,40±1,40 dan 39,78±10,59 pada masing-masing artikel. Kelima artikel tersebut menunjukan penderita hipertensi rata-rata mempunyai self efficacy tinggi dan sedang dalam mengontrol hipertensi.
